End of Life advisors help patients & families during their final journey, assisting in all aspects of the end of life transition. We help with preparation and transition for all involved by providing emotional and spiritual guidance, as well as advice regarding resources.    We are  compassionate, empathetic, present in the moment, and offer confidentiality.   We walk the journey with you to ease your discomfort and give you peace with knowledge and kindness.

Getting to know you - intro session

First is the introduction meeting with the patient.
